x25uptime.com is a knowledge and information platform within the x25pronto business division of Management Consulting Mayr. Management Consulting Mayr is the controller for personal data processed on x25uptime.com.
Technical delivery of the website
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data are processed so that the requested page can be delivered, attacks and faults can be detected and the service can be operated securely. This may include the IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser or user-agent information. The raw IP address is used during the request for network communication and the local location lookup described below, but it is not stored as a raw value in x25uptime analytics.
Cookieless basic statistics
x25uptime.com operates its own data-minimised basic statistics without a persistent browser identifier. Events may include page views, active use, use of site search, use of a tool and clicks to x25 network websites. For these events, the system records in particular the event type, page path, language, coarse device class, referrer domain, the selected x25 destination and – where it can be resolved locally – country, region/state/canton and city.
For a daily visitor estimate, the server derives a daily-changing pseudonymous value from the IP address required for the request and the user agent, using a secret server key. The raw IP address and full user agent are not stored in the analytics table. Location resolution is performed server-side using a local Geo-IP data source; no external analytics or geolocation service is called for this lookup. Without analytics consent, terms entered in site search are not stored as analytics content; only the search event is counted.
Optional extended analytics after consent
If you enable analytics, the browser additionally creates a random visitor identifier in Local Storage and a session identifier in Session Storage. The server stores only pseudonymised hash values derived from these identifiers. This allows visits within the retention period to be analysed more reliably as returning use and as related sessions. When analytics consent is active, a term entered in the internal site search may also be stored to assess search quality.
If you disable analytics again, the optional identifiers are removed from the browser. Future events then use only the cookieless basic statistics. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not retrospectively invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Cookies, recipients and retention
x25uptime.com uses the technically necessary x25uptime_privacy cookie to store your privacy choice. It is signed, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax and may be stored for up to 180 days. It contains the selected consent state, consent version and time information, but no raw IP address.
Local Storage and Session Storage are used for the optional visitor and session identifiers only after analytics consent. In the current implementation, x25uptime.com does not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable third-party tracking services.
Recipients and external services
The analytics events described above are processed as first-party data in the backend used by x25uptime.com and are not sent to an external analytics provider. Technical infrastructure and hosting providers may process data to the extent required for delivery, security and maintenance. If you voluntarily open an external link – for example to x25pronto.ch, x25pronto.de, x25pronto.at, x25pronto.com or x25jobs.com – the privacy rules of the destination website apply.
Event-level analytics data and server-side consent logs are retained for a maximum of 180 days by default and are then deleted. The consent cookie may also remain for up to 180 days. Purely aggregated daily statistics without visitor or session identifiers may be retained longer for long-term trend comparisons. Statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention in individual cases.
Legal bases, rights and control
Legal bases
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the applicable data-protection principles. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in a secure, functional and comprehensibly optimised website for technical delivery, security and data-minimised cookieless basic statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional analytics that recognises use across visits is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to your personal data and ask for correction or deletion. Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Because the basic statistics deliberately operate without a persistent identity, it may not always be technically possible to attribute individual basic-statistics events to a specific person afterwards.
Withdraw consent and change your choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time through . Consent can be withdrawn there for future processing.
Data security
x25uptime.com uses technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, secure cookie attributes, server-side pseudonymisation and protected administration areas. Safeguards are adapted to the risk and the state of technology.
External links and independent services
x25uptime.com contains links to independent websites in the x25 network and, where relevant, other external services. Once you open such a website, its operator is responsible for processing carried out there.
Contact, supervisory authorities and version
Privacy requests can be sent to info@x25pronto.com. In Switzerland, data subjects may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
Version: 27 September 2026. This privacy notice will be updated when functions, processing activities or applicable legal requirements change materially.
